Cellar cooler bowls over cricket clucb
A J & E Hall JCC 60 cellar cooler is proving a big hit with members of the Fugitives Cricket Club from Newport, South Wales, now they can keep their beers and wines at the correct temperatures. The JCC 60 cellar cooler was installed after cricketers found they were having problems keeping refreshments chilled at the bar in the clubhouse.

John Purbrick, marketing manager of AFR Refrigeration of Wandsworth, South London, explained: “The installers S & J May Refrigeration of Newport received a service call regarding a cellar cooler at a local cricket club. The existing unit was found to be beyond economical repair and the club had limited funds. So S & J May contacted us. We recommended a J & E Hall JCC 60 cellar cooling system, competitively priced and operating on refrigerant  R410A – and noted for its build quality and ease of installation. The cricket club is very pleased with the outcome.”

Jayne May, a director of S & J May Refrigeration, said: “We do a fair bit of work in this sector, with social clubs and the like, and this turned out to be a pretty straightforward job. The JCC 60 cellar is engineer-friendly to install and the cricket club will really notice the difference – it’s far more economical to run.”
